SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE US$ PREPAID VOICE VOUCHERS (where inconsistent – General TelOne Terms and Conditions apply)
- Voice Bundles will be available in US$ only.
- Voice Bundles have charge priority over General Account Balance.
- Off-net refers to all Local Destinations Mobile and ISP.
- Subscribers will buy a bundle of their choice at any TelOne Client Service Centre. The Selfservice, Chommie and *216# USSD online platforms will have an option to view the remaining bundle balances.
- Subscribers will be able to purchase as many bundles as they want in a single month, however, window periods will not be cumulative.
- Bundle purchases will be irreversible. By purchasing the Voice Bundle Vouchers the subscriber will be agreeing to these applicable special terms and conditions which will be found on TelOne’s website.
- Bundles are valid for 30 days and will expire at midnight on the thirtieth (30th) day of the purchased plan
- All unused balances will not be available to the subscriber once they expire.
