The Department offers the following to corporate clients:
- Carry out customer care network performance checks with clients.
- Proactively monitor and recommend creation of self-healing rings for high value corporate clients’ network where possible and ensure an uptime of 99.95%.
- Offer online technical support to corporate clients as required from time to time.
- Assist corporates on network design, configuration and optimisation on already deployed networks.
- Give technical support to Corporate Sales as and when required.
- Offer after service support to new corporate solutions .
