Managing Director

Mrs Chipo Mtasa is a business woman who has worked with various organisations in general and financial management positions. She is a Chartered Accountant who has worked with various organisations in senior management positions. Mrs Mtasa has been with the; Rainbow Tourism Group first as Finance Director for the Sheraton Harare Hotel, then Group Finance Director before becoming the Chief Executive. She has held various positions in the Tourism Industry, including being past president of the Zimbabwe Council of Tourism from 2006-2008.

Joseph Machiva

Joseph Machiva is a marketing professional with over 10 years experience in brand management, sales, business development and customer services. He has worked extensively in the telecommunications industry both locally and regionally. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Gloucestershire(UK).

Hopewell Zinyau

Corporate Services Director

Hopewell Zinyau is a people management expert with more than 15 years hands on experience across Human Resources facets. He holds a Bachelor of English and Communication studies as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds Diplomas in Personnel and Training Management from the Institute of Personnel Management in Zimbabwe. He is a practicing Labour Arbitrator registered with the Ministry of Labour.

Eng Lawrence Nkala

Divisional Director Infrastructure & Wholesale

Engineer Lawrence Nkala is an accomplished ICT expert with over 24 years’ experience in Telecommunications/ICT business. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). Lawrence is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a member of Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (MZweIE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) of United Kingdom. He is a registered engineer with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe Pr(Eng) as well as the Engineering Council of United Kingdom. Nkala has experiences in Telco strategy formulation, network transformation and customer service.

Kudakwashe Musundire

Audit & Risk Executive

Kudakwashe Musundire is TelOne’s Risk & Audit Executive. He is an audit and risk professional with 10 years’ experience in audit, governance, risk and financial management. Prior to joining TelOne, Kudakwashe worked for First Mutual Holdings Limited and PG Industries (Zimbabwe) Limited in senior management positions in internal audit and financial management. Kudakwashe is a Chartered Accountant having trained with BDO Zimbabwe Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, where he sits on the Institute’s Public Sector Taskforce. He is also a member of the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree from the National University of Science & Technology and an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa.

Caroline Sandura

Company Secretary & Legal Advisor

Caroline Sandura is a Barrister at Law and holds a Joint Honours in Law and Politics (UK). She held several positions since joining the organisation in 1981 including being the current Company Secretary and Legal Advisor, Manager Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Executive Officer International Relations and Legal Affairs, Legal and Public Relations Officer and Legal Officer. Mrs Sandura has been and is currently a member of several Boards.

Jeremiah Tavonga Munembe

Innovations Executive

Engineer Jeremiah Tavonga Munembe is TelOne’s Innovations Executive. As the Innovations Executive, Jeremiah is responsible for corporate strategy formulation and implementation, new business development, setting of business performance parameters, oversight over company performance, developing business partnerships and establishing and re-engineering business processes. Prior to joining to TelOne Jeremiah was Service Delivery manager at Liquid Telecoms Zimbabwe. Jeremiah has extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation, service delivery and process improvement where he holds a “black belt” qualification in six sigma. He holds a BSc Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe and has worked in manufacturing and financial services industries before joining the telecommunications sector.
